About Our Work in This Country
Islamic Help has been working in Gaza and Palestine since 2008, delivering sustained humanitarian assistance in one of the world’s most protracted crisis settings. Operating under siege, blockade and recurring conflict, the programme has evolved from emergency disaster relief into an integrated protection-led response.Â
Islamic Help supports vulnerable families through food aid, medical assistance, trauma-informed orphan care and education, with long-standing flagship projects including Darul Fadilah orphan school, orphan sponsorship and mobile medical clinics.
