About Our Work in This Country
Islamic Help has been working in Lebanon since 2016, supporting Syrian refugees and vulnerable host communities affected by economic collapse and political instability. Operations are supervised through Islamic Help’s Jordan office and focus on emergencyÂ
and seasonal assistance delivered through registered local partners. Key interventions include winter aid, food distributions and rapid emergency response, including support following the 2020 Beirut explosion, enabling Islamic Help to reach families facing acute hardship and displacement.

Islamic Help is delivering emergency assistance across Lebanon through experienced teams and trusted local partners. Following the Beirut port explosion, economic collapse, and regional instability, millions of people face daily shortages of food, clean water, healthcare, and protective supplies. Damage to infrastructure and disrupted imports have pushed already vulnerable families into crisis.
Islamic Help’s emergency response prioritises displaced households, families whose homes were damaged, and those unable to access basic necessities. Support includes emergency food packs, safe drinking water, and protective equipment delivered rapidly in affected areas.
